Family Read & Play

The whole family will learn, play, and grow during this interactive storytime full of stories, creative movement, and songs that will strengthen listening, language, and literacy skills. We will use books, movement activities, songs, rhymes, manipulative, and extensions that promote the growth of the child's literacy, brain, and emotional development. We will also model ways caregivers can interact, engage, and be their child's first teacher.

T-Rex Tea Party

Dinovember is a celebration of all things dinosaur. As part North's Dinovember Month, we will host a T-Rex Tea Party on Saturday, November 12 at 10:30 am.

Book Explorers

After reading the book We are Water Protectors by Carole Lindstrom and Michaela Goade, attendees will explore the concepts raised in the story regarding water and oil pollution with simple water experiments.

Saturday Mystery Book Club

Once a month on the second Saturday, adult (18+) patrons will gather at the Central Library to discuss that month’s mystery or thriller book selection.

Air Fryer Demonstration

Attendees will watch as staff demonstrates how to make snack foods using an air fryer.
